1. Who we are

QParticle LLC, doing business as Endless Questions (“we”, “us”), makes the Endless Questions app and runs this website. You can reach us at:

2. Scope

This policy covers the Endless Questions app for iPhone (“the app”) and the website at endlessquestions.app (“the website”).

3. Data we collect

In the app

The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. You do not create an account.

The app handles these types of data:

  • Purchase data. When you buy the one-time upgrade or restore it, our purchase provider, RevenueCat, receives your App Store purchase record and a random app user ID. The ID is not linked to your name or Apple Account details.
  • Device data for purchases. RevenueCat also receives basic technical data, such as your IP address, device model, iOS version, app version, and country, so that it can confirm the purchase.
  • Game data on your iPhone. The app saves the cards you saw, your play settings, and your upgrade status on your iPhone. This data stays on your device. We do not receive it.

If you turn on “Share with App Developers” in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage data. Apple controls that setting.

On the website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising. It has no forms. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

4. How we use data

  • To confirm and restore your purchase.
  • To run the app and keep repeat cards out of your game.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To fix errors and keep the app and website secure.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

5. Purchases

Apple processes all payments through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your credit card or other payment details. Apple’s handling of payment data follows the Apple Privacy Policy.

We share data only with these service providers, and only for the purposes above:

7. Data retention and deletion

  • Game data on your iPhone stays until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes it.
  • RevenueCat keeps purchase records while the purchase is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • We keep support emails for up to 2 years, then delete them.

To ask us to delete your data, email support@endlessquestions.app. We will delete the data we control and ask RevenueCat to delete its records about you. Apple keeps its own purchase records under its own policy.

8. Children’s privacy

The app and the website are for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 sent us personal information, email support@endlessquestions.app and we will delete it.

9. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you live in California, you have these rights:

  • Right to know. You can ask what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we share it with.
  • Right to delete. You can ask us to delete the personal information we collected about you.
  • Right to correct. You can ask us to correct personal information about you that is wrong.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently because you used these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as the CCPA defines those terms. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

To make a request, email support@endlessquestions.app. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, such as the date of your purchase.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date.
